Surron Motorcycle Headset Bearing Upgrade
For a long time, the headset has been the weak point in Surron motocross bikes, especially for riders who enjoy hard off-road riding and jumps. Over time, the original bicycle-grade headset bearings would develop play, requiring frequent replacement.
We has worked closely with Surron to address this issue, and now we offer a robust solution. Our new headset bearings are specifically designed for Surron bikes, using needle tapered bearings to create multiple contact points in the headset. This design makes the headset 20x stronger than the previous stock version.
These are the same types of bearings used in high-performance off-road motorcycles. If you notice any play in your steering after hard riding, it’s likely due to worn bearings, and this upgrade is the perfect fix.

Important Note:
These bearings are not sealed, unlike the Cane Creek model we offer. We recommend applying bearing grease during installation for optimal performance.
Compatibility:
If your bike is from 2020 or later, it already includes this upgrade. This product is specifically for older Surron models that still use the stock bicycle-grade headsets.
