All products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty. Extended warranties apply if purchased.
Covered Components:

Power System: Motor, controller, display, battery

Chassis & Non-Wear Parts: Frame, swing arm, and other structural components
2️⃣ Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:

Normal wear items (bearings, seals, chain, brake components, suspension valving)

Misuse, accidents, collisions, neglect

Unauthorized modifications or use of non-genuine parts

Racing, improper charging, storage, or discharging

Warranty is non-transferable

Proof of purchase is required for all claims
3️⃣ Cosmetic Issues

Minor scratches, paint chips, or cosmetic imperfections do not qualify for warranty replacement

We may provide a reasonable discount in such cases
4️⃣ Defective Parts

Parts deemed defective due to manufacturing within 30 days of delivery can be replaced
5️⃣ Battery Maintenance Recommendations

Charge and inspect your battery immediately upon receiving the product

For long-term use, charge the battery monthly to prevent damage from low power

Warranty coverage for battery issues caused by improper use will be evaluated case by case, and buyers may be responsible for part of the cost
