1️⃣ Important Notice Before Purchase

  • High-Value Products: Due to the high value of our bikes, refunds are not accepted after shipment.

  • Order Cancellation: If you cancel your order for personal reasons before shipment, handling fees may apply based on costs already incurred.

  • Custom Products: Some products with custom sizes or styles cannot be refunded after production. Customers with custom requests should confirm details carefully before ordering.


2️⃣ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Return must be requested within 7 days of delivery

  • Product must remain unopened, in its original sealed packaging, and undamaged

  • Customized products are NOT eligible for return

3️⃣ Non-Refundable Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are not refundable for returns due to a change of mind.


4️⃣ Return Authorization

  • We reserve the right to approve or decline returns.

  • Only products that meet the above eligibility criteria will be accepted.


5️⃣ Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

    • The product must be complete and undamaged, including the original sealed box and packing materials

    • We will refund the purchase price minus shipping and handling fees

  • Shipping costs are not refundable
